That’s my mantra - DOUGHFORIT. And that’s what I did and continue to do - DOUGHFORIT every day! After spending 30+ years in corporate America, I opened up a Jill's Mobile Kitchen, a food truck in the eastern WVA panhandle area in 2018. The journey has been amazing. I learned a lot about the restaurant and food truck business. I also met and worked with tremendous, hard-working, and passionate folks along the way. And then in early 2020 we got news of relocation back to my hometown in Cincinnati and then COVID happened! So we parked the truck for a year.
We are now ready to DOUGHFORIT again. There really is a community of people out there who truly want you to succeed and help you go for it. So do it. DOUGHFORIT!
Starting June 1, 2021, we are back on the street and open for business in the greater Cincinnati area.
