That’s my mantra - #doughforit. And that’s what I’m doing. I’m really doing it! After spending nearly 30 years in corporate America, I’m opening up a food truck in the eastern WVA panhandle area serving up personally prepared baked items, both sweet and savory centered around dough-based recipes. The journey has been amazing. I’ve learned a lot about the business and myself and I’ve met and worked with tremendous folks along the way. There really is a community of people out there who truly want you to succeed and want to help you go for it. So do it. Doughforit!
On Friday, May 25, 2018 I will launch my food truck, Jill’s Mobile Kitchen at Butler’s Farm Market in Martinsburg, WV. I’m super excited about the opportunity. I want to personally thank my family for their love and support of me on this journey – in particular, my brother Nick for his consulting throughout and most especially, Eddie who has always encouraged and supported me to “just do it”! (You know he came up with phrase, actually.)
